Freight Transport Association (FTA) is one of the UK’s largest trade associations and represents the transport interests of companies moving goods by road, rail, sea and air.

FTA members operate over 200,000 lorries - almost half the UK fleet. In addition, their members deliver over 90 per cent of freight moved by rail and 70 per cent of UK visible exports by sea and air. Focussing on compliance, FTA is regularly called upon to ensure haulage drivers and vehicle operators are meeting their regulatory obligations.
